We are James and Nick, experienced builders and renovators based in Lancing, Sussex.

With over 30 years’ experience between us, working as professional carpenters and joiners within a large, well-established construction firm in Hove, we decided it was time to realise our own dream and start up a smaller, more bespoke service for customers interested in Garden Rooms.

We love being able to work more closely and creatively with our customers on their projects. It is more efficient, more fulfilling and it allows us to utilise our experience more effectively.
